1What This List Covers

A Sub-processor is a third party Modelware engages to process Customer Data, meaning the data a customer submits to or creates within the Service. This list covers those parties only.

It does not cover parties that process personal information for which Modelware is itself the controller, such as our own marketing, website analytics, and sales contacts. Those are described in the Privacy Policy, and are listed separately below for transparency.

2Current Sub-processors

•Amazon Web Services, Inc. · cloud infrastructure hosting and storage for the Modelware Academy platform, including learner account records, enrollment, and course progress, together with backups of that data · United States.

Modelware will impose data protection obligations on each Sub-processor that are no less protective than those in the Data Processing Agreement, and remains responsible for its Sub-processors' performance. Where Modelware engages a further Sub-processor, this page will identify it, the processing activity it performs, and the country in which that processing takes place, before it begins processing Customer Data.

Transfers. Processing by the Sub-processor above takes place in the United States. Where Personal Data is transferred there from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses and, as applicable, the UK Addendum, as set out in the International Data Transfers section of the Data Processing Agreement.

3Other Service Providers

The following parties process personal information for which Modelware is the controller. They are not Sub-processors of Customer Data, and are listed here so that customers have a complete picture. Their role is described more fully in the Privacy Policy.

•Formspree, Inc. · delivery of website contact form submissions · United States.

•Google LLC · website analytics through Google Analytics, where the visitor has accepted non-essential cookies · United States.

•LinkedIn Corporation · advertising measurement through the LinkedIn Insight Tag, where the visitor has accepted non-essential cookies · United States.

4Notifications and Objections

To be notified of intended additions or replacements to this list, email info@modelware.io and ask to be added to the sub-processor notification list. Modelware will give notice before a new Sub-processor begins processing Customer Data.

A customer may object to an intended Sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds, and the process that then applies, including the customer's right to terminate the affected portion of the Service, is set out in the Sub-processors section of the Data Processing Agreement.
